death by metal. metal of death. life.
I was slow to warm up to these guys (which is sad considering how things worked out). I didn't really know their stuff, but when the label released the early version of Woods 5 for free right after Gold's death, I figured why not and downloaded it. On first listen, I couldn't get the Crash Test Dummies out of my mind, probably because you don't get very many baritones in rock anyway. But then I remembered that I unironically like Crash Test Dummies, and I started to really warm up to this. Did you have occasion to compare the early version to the now-official release? Just curious.
