An intricate and intoxicating blend of melodic black n' death. Spiritually akin to Obsequiae, with heavier sensibilities. Suitably baroque, of course, but less beholden to decorum and beauty. Soaring, ascendant melodies invoke Sarpanitum, but with more morose overtones. Bombastic, brazen riffs recall Thrawsunblat, stripped of ‘folk’ and quite a bit more unpredictable. Cockle warming.
