Mass Grave are crust like the earth’s crust when it cracks open and spews forth lava. Mass Grave are crust in an unabashedly pro-forma way, yet their withering intensity and sheer disregard for casualties makes Mass Grave transcend the constraints of genre with a ferocity others would find difficult to match. These are difficult times and Mass Grave’s crust is an easy remedy to that anger and despair that is palpable within. Those who shy from crusty politics or non-stop d-beats would do well to stay away; for the rest of us, those in need of that old-school grinding crust shot, Mass Grave are an antidote that kills as it cures.
